| Problems with the installer hanging/stalling |

Some users may experience the installer seemingly hanging during installation, with the message that zero items remain to be installed and a progress bar that appears not to move. The installer should not be disturbed. It is in the process of copying more than 8GB of data from the DVD-ROM to the hard drive, and the progress bar does not reflect this. If the installer is interrupted, the product will not be installed correctly. Typical install times for a single disc may range from several minutes to more than an hour in extreme circumstances. |
